DIY Made Simple

Worked great as a replacement for my Hunter Newsome ceiling fans. Fixed the buzzing sound and restored all 3 speeds. Wire colors are different, but it made no difference since it was the same capacitance and internal wiring as the original part. I was unsure if that mattered when I was looking for replacements.

Switch fit great and install was a breeze. Hardest part was feeding wire back into neck of the lamp.

I had difficulty finding this replacement part considering the pink Hunter ceiling fan I had is discontinued. But this part was exactly what I needed. It came with the pull string, wires, wire caps, etc. After install, the ceiling fan and light both work perfectly. I highly recommend.

Perfect. Thought it was the bulb, but turned out to be the rheostat switch. Your switch brought my old desk lamp back to life. Otherwise it would have been thrown away. Thank you.
